EasyTrack automatically syncs tracking information each time an order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify. It updates PayPal and Stripe in real-time, reducing payment holds and ensuring compliance with payment platform policies.

EasyTrack uses secure API connections to manage and sync tracking information with PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify. All data is managed in line with industry security standards to protect your information.

EasyTrack syncs tracking information for orders from the last two months. When the app is first installed, it automatically imports tracking details for fulfilled orders within this period to ensure recent orders are up-to-date.

Failed syncs are recorded in the app and displayed in the Analytics section. You can manually retry these syncs by selecting Re-sync Orders in the Orders UI to ensure tracking data is updated across PayPal and Stripe. Or let the app re-syncing failed orders automatically.

Yes, you can add multiple accounts for both PayPal and Stripe. Manage these accounts under Settings > PayPal Accounts or Stripe Accounts, and set one account as the default for each platform.

If the default PayPal or Stripe account is deleted, EasyTrack will automatically assign the next added account as the new default. You can also manually change the default in Settings.

Courier Mapping allows you to customize courier names for better compatibility with PayPal and Stripe. By setting your own mappings, you ensure that tracking details match the required formats for each platform, improving sync accuracy.

Yes, you can manually re-sync orders by clicking on Re-sync Orders in the Orders UI. This is helpful if tracking information was updated after fulfillment or if there were connectivity issues.

The Analytics dashboard shows totals for fulfilled, synced, completed, and failed orders, along with visual breakdowns for PayPal and Stripe orders. You’ll also see a timeline of sync statuses and a list of recently processed orders.

EasyTrack automatically syncs disputes from PayPal and Stripe, allowing you to monitor them in real time within the Dispute Management table. This helps you respond quickly to prevent payment holds or account issues.

Yes, EasyTrack has an Invoice Generation feature that allows you to select an order and download a PDF invoice. Access this feature in the Invoices section.
