EasyTrack tracks shipments for up to 60 days from fulfillment. When the app is first installed, it fetches tracking details for recent fulfilled orders to ensure a complete tracking history.
If a courier doesn’t return tracking data, EasyTrack marks the shipment as "Pending" and will retry automatically. You can also investigate and manually update statuses when needed.
